Harwich Nails came to us as a new business and one of our first customers in the town. We were already using their services and could see that not having a website made it harder for people to discover them and understand the full range of treatments available.
We took the initiative to design and build a clean, image led website that feels like an extension of the salon experience. The site integrates with their existing Fresha booking system so clients can continue to book in the way they are used to, while the website itself acts as a digital brochure that shows more of their nail work and treatment options.
We also integrated their Google Business Profile and aligned the site structure and content with local search terms so that Harwich Nails would be easier to find for people looking for nail treatments in the area.
Since launch, the business has grown significantly. Harwich Nails now appears on the first page of Google for key local searches, has built up a strong base of Google reviews, and has been able to hire additional nail technicians to meet demand. The owner has also recommended us to friends and family, including the team behind Lux Nails.
