Behind the scenes, the system gives Castles4U a clearer view of what is booked and when, reducing admin and cutting down on back-and-forth messages. The streamlined online journey has helped contribute to a seven-fold uplift in summer bookings compared to their previous busy season, and gives them a solid base to expand into new products and locations.
