Bay Motors were one of our first clients. We were regular customers for MOTs and servicing and could see first hand that having no website made it harder for people to find them and book work efficiently.
We took the initiative to design and build a clean, straightforward site focused on the services that matter most. The booking form takes a customer's registration number, looks it up through an API, collects their name, contact details and chosen services, then formats everything into a clear message that is sent directly via WhatsApp.
This workflow has made it much easier for customers to request MOTs and repairs in their own time, while giving the workshop a consistent, structured stream of enquiries that is simple to manage.
We also integrated their Google Business Profile and implemented on page SEO so the site is properly aligned with local searches. Within around a month Bay Motors reached the first page of Google for MOTs in Harwich, car servicing in Harwich and related terms, and they have maintained a strong presence ever since.
