We approached 5 Elements after seeing that their existing website had grown organically over time and no longer reflected the standard of coaching or the wider community at the gym. It had become difficult to update and did not clearly communicate the full range of classes and services on offer.
We redesigned the website from the ground up with a clean, accessible interface that works well on phones and desktops. The new platform includes a full ecommerce layer for memberships and products, along with a CMS that allows the team to publish blogs, update courses and keep key information current without needing technical help.
Coaches and staff can manage their own availability and class information, and students have clear routes to get in touch and book the sessions they need. In addition, we integrated an AI powered chatbot that uses retrieval from the live database, so it understands the timetable, which instructors teach each class, contact details, opening hours and common questions around what to bring and injury considerations.
The site also includes an embedded virtual tour so prospective members can get a feel for the gym before they visit, and Google based sign in to keep account management simple. Since launch, the gym has seen a noticeable increase in trial bookings and stronger ongoing engagement from existing members as everything they need is now in one easy to use place.
