1UT Health wanted a very specific type of online experience to support their holistic health products. The brief included a tightly defined colour palette, a conversational AI assistant with audio capabilities and a series of custom built games to help users learn more about the products.
We designed and built a bespoke website around those requirements, making sure the look and feel matched the brand while still being clear and easy to use. A central AI chatbot was created with support for two way audio so visitors could interact with it more naturally, asking questions and getting guided responses.
We also developed quiz style questionnaires and simple games from the ground up to educate users and keep them engaged on the site. Behind the scenes the shop layer was integrated with Shopify so that orders, inventory and payments could be managed in a platform the client was already comfortable with.
Even though the site is currently offline, the project demonstrates how a tightly scoped brief, custom AI and a flexible ecommerce integration can be combined into a single, coherent experience that matches a clients vision very closely.
